对１０例经确诊为恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的患者采用卡铂与５氟脲嘧啶联合化疗共３６个疗程，经临床观察，能促进病灶迅速消失血β－ＨＣＧ较快转阴，且不增加化疗副反应，对５氟脲嘧啶耐药或单独使用效果不佳者应用该化疗方案可取得较好疗效。为恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗提供了又一可选择的方案。
10 cases of patients diagnosed as malignant trophoblastic tumors were treated with carboplatin and 5-fluorouracil combined chemotherapy for 36 courses. Clinical observations can promote the rapid disappearance of lesions. Blood β-HCG is faster and negative, and no increase in chemotherapy. The response to 5-fluorouracil resistance or poor efficacy alone can improve the efficacy of this chemotherapy regimen. Provides yet another alternative for the treatment of malignant trophoblastic tumors.
