针对宝钢分公司2050热轧精整线圆盘剪板宽剪切精度超标、剪切效率低下的问题,采用经典理论的剪切力算法,对剪切力、剪切力矩、轴向力等剪切力能参数进行了详细的理论计算。由计算结果,通过有限元数值仿真技术,对圆盘剪正常剪切工况进行虚拟仿真,通过仿真结果虚拟设定合理的改进措施。根据生产线实况,对圆盘切边剪实施了相应的设备改造。经过一年来的使用效果发现,改造效果良好。这种研究方式可为同类设备的能力改造、能力评估等提供一种合理的科学方法。
