婴幼儿颌面部(软腭、颊部)胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤临床少见,现将所遇2例报告如下。例1,王某,男性,6岁。于1988年5月在软腭部发现约2cm×1.5cm大肿物,逐渐长大,无明显自觉症状,近期生长较快,软腭及鼻腔被肿块充满,出现发音和吞咽困难。查体:软腭区肿物约5cm×4cm大小,前至硬 Infantile maxillofacial (soft palate, cheek) embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma clinical rare, now met 2 cases are reported below. Example 1, Wang, male, 6 years old. In May of 1988, a large mass of about 2 cm x 1.5 cm was found in the soft palate and gradually grew up. There was no apparent symptoms. The recent growth was rapid. The soft palate and the nasal cavity were filled with lumps and sound and dysphagia occurred. Physical examination: The soft palate area is about 5cm x 4cm in size, and it is hard to reach.
