《审计法》颁布实施,不仅有利于加强宏观经济调控,强化审计监督,而且有利于推动审计干部队伍建设。总结我们建办7年来的干部培训工作,主要抓了“三个结合”: 一、提高认识与具体实施相结合。首先,搞好干部培训,是适应市场经济发展的需要,是把特派办建成高效职能部门的需要。其次,搞好审计培训是完成审计任务的需要。我办的工作范围广,这就要求干部不仅要精通财会审计业务,还要懂得其他方面的业务。因此,在实践中我们制定了教育培训工作的长远规划。对不同水平的人员在业务档次上做出了规定,要求每隔二、三年上一个新档次;对计算机的应用、外语水平的提高也都提出了明确要求。同时,我办十分注重每年的集中培训,根
