目前,全省从事软科学研究的机构已有近百家,研究人员已达3000多人。十多年来,全省用于软科学研究的经费共有900多万,其中省科委投入400多万,其它部门和单位投入500多万。列入省重点软科学研究计划的项目175项,获得省科技进步奖的软科学研究成果85项。十多年来的软科学研究取得了较大的成绩。 但是,安徽的软科学研究还不能适应各级各类决策民主化、科学化的需要,还不能适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要。软科学研究机构产业化和软科学成果商品化发展进程不快,软科学成果的推广应用不够广泛,取得的社会经济效益也不够显著。为此,我们在调查
At present, there are nearly 100 institutions engaged in soft science research in the whole province, and the number of researchers has reached more than 3,000. For more than a decade, the province has spent over 9 million funds for soft science research, of which over 4 million have been invested by the provincial science and technology commission and about 5 million by other departments and units. 175 items included in the provincial key soft science research project and 85 items of soft science research results awarded by the provincial science and technology progress award.
