甘草酸单铵为甘草主要成分甘草甜素的衍生物。给小鼠口服甘草酸单铵5d后,发现小鼠脾脏重量显著增加,外周血白细胞数目和碳粒廓清指数显著增加。大鼠淋巴细胞在8×10~(-10)M和8×10~(-7)M的甘草酸单铵浓度下,分泌PGE量显著增加。小鼠口服甘草酸单铵5d后,脾脏PGE_2和cAMP量显著增加,这可能是甘草酸单铵免疫调节作用的药物作用途径之一。
Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate licorice main ingredient glycyrrhizin derivatives. After oral administration of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate to mice for 5 days, the mouse spleen weight was significantly increased, and the number of peripheral white blood cells and carbon clearance index significantly increased. The amount of PGE secreted by rat lymphocytes was significantly increased at 8 × 10 ~ (-10) M and 8 × 10 ~ (-7) M monoammonium glycyrrhizinate concentrations. Mice oral administration of glycyrrhizic acid 5d after spleen PGE 2 and cAMP increased significantly, which may be monoammonium glycyrrhizinate immunomodulatory effect of drugs one way.
