~(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌,在国内外已成为一种重要的灭菌新途径,主要在食品的灭菌、保鲜、杀虫等方面应用较广.但对食用菌培养料的辐照灭菌国外还未见报道,国内仅上海市农科院食用菌所对锯末一种培养料进行了辐照灭菌及降解的研究.为了寻求其它不同培养料的最佳灭菌剂量,根据我省大量使用的棉子壳、玉米芯、高粱壳、醋糟和杂木屑培养料进行了辐照灭菌的研究.
