目的:检测XAGE-1b在腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)组织和正常涎腺组织中的表达,并探讨XAGE-1b的表达在ACC发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例ACC组织和正常涎腺组织中XAGE-1b的表达,分析其与临床病理的关系。结果:ACC组织中XAGE-1b阳性表达率显著高于正常涎腺组织(P<0.05);XAGE-1b表达与TNM分期、肿瘤直径及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:XAGE-1b异常表达与ACC的发生、转移及预后密切相关,检测XAGE-1b的表达有望成为ACC的早期诊断、预后评估的分子指标,为进一步探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌的致病机制及意义提供了理论基础和实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of XAGE-1b in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) tissues and normal salivary glands, and to explore the role of XAGE-1b in the development of ACC. Methods: The expression of XAGE-1b in 40 cases of ACC and normal salivary gland tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its relationship with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results: The positive rate of XAGE-1b in ACC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal salivary glands (P <0.05). The expression of XAGE-1b was correlated with TNM stage, tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) Not related (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of XAGE-1b is closely related to the occurrence, metastasis and prognosis of ACC. Detecting the expression of XAGE-1b is expected to become the molecular marker of early diagnosis and prognosis of ACC.
