患者男性 ,3 6岁 ,工人。因小腹部疼痛伴有尿痛 2年余 ,于 1 998年 5月 6日收入院。患者 2年来小便时经常出现小腹部疼痛 ,呈游走性 ,可串至腹股沟、会阴等部位 ,时轻时重 ,尿色浑浊。无尿频、尿急、尿血 ,不伴发热恶寒、恶心呕吐腹泻等 ,纳可 ,睡眠佳 ,大便正常。体查 :神志清
