目的:研究牡丹皮炭及其止血活性部位对大鼠血小板聚集性及血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响。方法:以SD大鼠为研究对象,观察牡丹皮炭及其止血活性部位对ADP和胶原诱导的血小板聚集率及TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α的含量的影响。结果:牡丹皮炭及其鞣质部位均能提高ADP和胶原诱导的血小板聚集率,提高TXB2而下调6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结论:牡丹皮炭及其鞣质活性部位以及乙酸乙酯部位可能是通过调节TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α含量来增强血小板的聚集功能,发挥止血、凝血作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of peony charcoal and its hemostatic active site on platelet aggregation and the levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in rats. METHODS: SD rats were used to investigate the effects of peony and its hemostatic active sites on platelet aggregation rate and TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α levels induced by ADP and collagen. Results: Peony charcoal and its tannin sites could both increase ADP and collagen-induced platelet aggregation, increase TXB2 and down-regulate 6-keto-PGF1α. CONCLUSION: Peony charcoal and its tannin active site as well as ethyl acetate may enhance platelet aggregation by regulating TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α content, exert hemostatic and coagulation effects.
