一、前言常规的配料方法需要在每次开炉前分析原材料的化学成份,然后根据经验或半经验公式进行计算。这样,配料的正确与否在很大程度上依赖于化学分析的正确程度,这对于缺乏分析手段或分析数据很不可靠的工厂,很难获得符合要求的铁水。本文根据铁水经多次重熔,其中的元素含量将最终达到平衡值的原理,经过简单的数学推导,得出配料计算的简便方法。使用这种方法,尽管回炉料成份在重熔中不断变化,只要使用基本稳定的其它原材料,可以采用经常不变的配料比例,获得化学成份稳定的铁水。二、估算法的原理及公式 1、每次熔炼铁水成份的计算公式 S=a_xη_回q_回+a_1η_1q_1+a_2η_2q_2+……(1) 式中:a_x、a_1、a_2——分别表示回炉料、生铁、废钢、铁合金中某元素的成份; η_回、η_1、η_2……分别表示回炉料、
