在含有不同配比的多灵菌和三氯硝基苯的PDA平板上测定其对菌丝生长的抑制率和用Finney机率值分析法,求出药剂的毒力回归方程及 EC50,以增效比值(SR)判别不同组配的毒力作用。结果表明五氯硝基苯和多灵菌的 8: 32配比组合对西瓜枯萎病病原菌能发挥最大毒力,为两种药剂的定型配比提供了理论依据。
Inhibitory rate of mycelial growth was measured on PDA plates containing different ratio of polyphews and trichloronitrobenzene, and the toxicity regression equation and EC50 of the agents were obtained by Finney probability analysis. Ratio (SR) to determine the role of different combinations of virulence. The results showed that the 8:32 combination of pentachlorinated nitrobenzene and polypill could exert the maximum virulence on Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp. Pathogenic bacteria and provided the theoretical basis for the formulation ratio of the two chemicals.
