今年6月15日,劳动保障部正式发布了《国家基本医疗保险药品目录》(以下简称《国家药品目录》)。作为基本医疗保险参保人员的普通百姓,普遍比较关心《国家药品目录》的筛选情况及目录内容,尤其是《国家药品目录》对用药选择和费用支出的影响,有些参保人员甚至担心在用药选择上将面临更多的限制。对此我们说,广大参保人员完全可以放宽心。制定《国家药品目录》是为了加强基本医疗保险用药管理,规范医药服务行为,合理控制医疗费用,其根本目的是确保职工的基本医疗需求。
