公路工程多项目信息化综合管理平台是以投资公司的角度进行设计、研发的公路工程多项目管理系统。在本系统中主要从项目投资预算、合同及工程量变更、计划下达、形象进度、计量支付、质量安全等几个方面对投资公司管辖工程进行管理。本文以甘肃省长达路业投资有限公司投资的武罐高速公路为实例,从平台总体开发设计入手,对多项目管理平台管理模式、业务数据流向进行了阐述。此外,本文还对平台建设过程中遇到的有共性的难点进行分析、研究。
Highway project multi-project information management platform is an integrated investment management company from the perspective of design, research and development of highway project multi-project management system. In this system, it mainly manages the project under the jurisdiction of the investment company from several aspects such as the project investment budget, contract and project quantity change, plan release, image progress, measurement and payment, quality and safety. In this paper, Gansu Province, Long Road Investment Co., Ltd. invested cano Expressway as an example, starting from the overall platform development and design, multi-project management platform management mode, business data flow are described. In addition, this article also analyzes and studies the common difficulties encountered in the process of platform construction.
