为了进一步扩大对外开放,加快我省与发达国家科技合作与交流的步伐,应丹麦食品农业渔业部和芬兰贸易工业部邀请,以梁公卿副省长为团长的云南省科技考察代表团,对上述两国科技发展事业进行了考察,并就科技合作与交流事宜广泛进行了接触与商谈,初步达成一些合作意向。丹麦和芬兰发展科技、教育事业的做法与经验,对于我省科技发展、科技体制改革,高新技术产业发展等具有深刻的启迪。
In order to further expand the pace of opening up to the outside world and speed up scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges between our province and developed countries, at the invitation of the Danish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Fisheries and the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the People's Republic of China, Yunnan delegation of science and technology inspection headed by Vice Governor Liang Gongqing The science and technology development undertakings of the two countries discussed above and conducted extensive contacts and discussions on scientific and technological cooperation and exchange and initially reached some cooperation intentions.
