为了将制度纳入一个统一的分析框架中,新制度经济学利用一系列表现实物的概念术语,力图寻求一套不变的逻辑体系。这使制度分析缺少必要的基本制度背景,因而不能得出正确的制度分析结果。对于企业制度,考虑到资本主义经济的基本制度特征,我们就会得出不同于新制度经济学的一些结论。新制度经济学必须在彻底改造自己的同时弥补主流经济学的制度真空,从而也从根本上改造主流经济学。
In order to bring the system into a unified analytical framework, neoinstitutional economics uses a series of conceptual terms that represent the real world in an attempt to find a consistent system of logic. This makes the institutional analysis lacks the necessary background of the basic system, and therefore can not draw the correct institutional analysis. For the enterprise system, taking into account the basic institutional characteristics of capitalist economy, we will come to some conclusions different from the new institutional economics. Neo-institutional economics must completely reform itself while making up for the institutional vacuum of mainstream economics, thus fundamentally transforming mainstream economics.
