患者29岁,孕2产2,要求行女扎术。查体:T36.5℃,P80次/分,BP16/11kPa。心肺正常,腹部软,肝脾末触及。外阴阴道发育正常,宫颈光滑,子宫后位、大小正常、活动良好。于子宫右前方可触及约7×6cm囊性肿物,表面光滑,活动良好,无压痛。左侧附件未见异常。在连续硬膜外麻醉下,行剖腹探查术。术中见子宫大小正常,双侧附件未见异常,
