一九三二年六月十九日,浙江省绍兴县商会收到京沪、沪杭甬铁路国难殉职员工追悼会筹备委员会的“快邮代电”,其中写道:“查‘一·二八’暴日侵沪,京沪沿线首当其冲。本路全体员工愤强邻压境,懔匹夫之义,奋勇工作,不顾死生,因而殉难者实繁有徒。现敌兵已退,京沪交通亦完全恢复。本路陈局长暨全体同人,追念死者无限怆伤。”因而于六月十日成立上述筹备委员会,并定于六月二十八日上午在上海北火车站举行追悼大会,要求绍兴县商会赐挽联,或诔词、祭文、花圈等,于六月二十六日前寄上海筹备处,或交京沪、沪杭甬铁路代收。绍兴县商会商讨后,于六月廿日寄去布挽联一幅,并将底稿书于“绍兴县钱业同业公会用笺”上存档。此底稿
