北京市儿童膳食中镉摄入量的研究

镉广泛存在于环境中,研究表明,人体摄入的镉99%来自食物,1%来自空气。为了阐明北京市儿童通过膳食由环境中摄入Cd的量,以估算北京市儿童的Cd接触水平,进行了此调查。本研究以5~6岁学龄前儿童为调查对象,在4个城区幼儿园选择124名儿童,在通县乡镇企业集中地乔庄和熔炼厂所在地牛堡屯各选一个幼儿园,共65名儿童,采集每位受试者的食物进行测定。结果表明,生活在非镉污染区的北京市儿童,膳食中Cd的摄入量城区为6.07μg/天·人,农村儿童为4.14μg/天。 Cadmium is widely present in the environment. Studies have shown that 99% of cadmium uptake by humans is from food and 1% from air. In order to elucidate the amount of Cd that children in Beijing consumed through their diets from the environment in order to estimate the level of Cd exposure in children in Beijing, this survey was conducted. In this study, 5 to 6-year-old preschool children were selected as research objects, 124 children were selected in 4 urban kindergartens, 65 kindergartens were selected in Qiaoshuang Town, where Tongxian township enterprises are concentrated, and Niupuotun, where the smelting plant is located. Each subject’s food was measured. The results showed that the intake of Cd in urban areas was 6.07 μg / day in Beijing and 4.14 μg / day in rural areas for children living in non-cadmium-contaminated areas in Beijing.
