《中共中央纪委关于严格禁止利用职务上的便利谋取不正当利益的若干规定》(中纪发〔2007〕7号)颁布实施以来,各级纪检监察机关认真学习贯彻,及时查处了一批收受“干股”、以合作投资为名“分红”等形式的受贿案件,维护了党纪国法的严肃性。为帮助各地、各部门更好地理解有关规定,现刊发由中央纪委审理室选编的有关案例四则,供学习参考。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the “Several Provisions of the Commission of Discipline Inspection of the CPC Central Committee on Strictly Prohibiting the Use of the Convenience of Their Possessions for Unfair Interests” (Zhongji Fa [2007] No. 7), the discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels have conscientiously studied and implemented a series of “ In the form of ”joint stock investment“ in the name of cooperative investment, ”bribing" and other forms of bribery cases, the seriousness of party discipline and state law was upheld. To help all localities and departments to better understand the relevant provisions of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection are now published by the case of four selected cases for learning reference.
