安徽省芜湖市公安局1996年9月购进了一台SPS—2000型测谎仪。通过大量的学习和模拟试验,测试人民员已基本掌握了出题、评图方法,并开始对一些案件的当事人进行尝试性的测试,收到了较好的效果。在仅一年多的时间内,芜湖市公安局测试员共测试案件有关人员17名,其中男性15名,女性2名。通过测试,确定有犯罪嫌疑的4人,排除为非犯罪嫌疑的9人,不能确定的4人。另外,我们还协助铜陵市公安局对两名嫌疑人进行了测试,均予以认定,协助破获了两起大案,这充分说明了我们的心理测试技术已日趋成熟。测试程序在实际操作中,我们采取了六个步骤。 1.收集资料,制定测试计划和出题方案。主要是了解案情,收集案件有关资料,明确本次测试的目标;同时了解被测人的心理、生理状况;在此基础上编制
