我们在汇编档案史料中,遇到一些档案文件形成时间不完整或无形成时间,特别是信、函手稿,大部分如此。这既妨碍正确判定其价值,也无法对其进行系统整理和编辑。为此,我们在编辑档案史料过程中对形成时间不完整或无形成时间的档案文件进行了多方考证,主要做法是: 一、从档案文件涉及的历史事件来判定。档案文件虽无形成时间或形成时间不完整,但其内容往往涉及到一些具体历史事件,而这些历史事件都是在特定的历史时间内发生的,因此,它可以帮助我们判定档案文件形成的准确时间。
In the course of assembling archival historical materials, we encountered some incomplete or unforgiving time in the formation of archives, especially letters and manuscripts, most of them. This not only hinders the correct judgment of its value, nor can it be systematically collated and edited. Therefore, in the process of editing archives and historical materials, we conducted a multi-dimensional research on the archival documents that formed incomplete or unforgiving time. The main approaches are: First, we judge from the historical events involved in archival documents. Although there is no formation time or formation time of an archival file, its contents often involve some specific historical events which happen within a specific historical time, so it can help us to determine the accuracy of archival file formation time.
