一年来,在党的十三届五中、六中全会精神指引下,我国坚持对外开放的方针政策,利用外资的速度和规模继续取得了新的进展。截止1990年9月底,全国累计批准设立的外商投资企业已达26568户,其中、合资经营企业14786户,合作经营企业8972户,外资企业2743户,海洋石油开发67项,协议外资金额378亿美元,实际投入金额177亿美元,从发展的速度看,1—9月新批准设立的外商投资企业4792户,协议外资金额41亿美元,平均每月以53O多户的速度增长,户均协议外资额85万美元,高于上年每月492户的增长速度,但低于上年户均协议外资额97万元的水平。
In the past year, under the guidance of the spirit of the Fifth, 6th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, China has continued to make new progress in adhering to the guidelines and policies of opening to the outside world and using the speed and scale of its foreign investment. As of the end of September 1990, the total number of foreign-invested enterprises approved for establishment in the country reached 26,568, of which 14,786 were joint ventures, 8,972 cooperative enterprises, 2,743 were foreign-funded enterprises and 67 were developed by offshore oil companies with an agreed amount of 37.8 billion U.S. dollars , The actual investment amount was 17.7 billion U.S. dollars. From the speed of development, 4792 newly approved foreign-invested enterprises were approved from January to September. The amount of foreign investment reached 4.1 billion U.S. dollars, increasing by an average of 5300 households per month. Amounting to 850,000 U.S. dollars, higher than the growth rate of 492 in the previous year but lower than the average of 970,000 Yuan per capita agreed by the average household in the previous year.
