[目的]摸清武汉市孕妇TOX感染率和TOX-IgM阳性孕妇异常妊娠状况,为预防和治疗孕妇TOX感染提供参考依据。[方法]取孕妇血清1ml,用ELISA法检测血清中TOX-IgM和TOX-IgG,对TOX-IgM阳性孕妇和TOX-IgM阴性对照组孕妇妊娠状况和结局进行定期追踪,采用两组或多组比较χ2检验进行统计分析。[结果]孕妇TOX-IgM阳性率为5.50%,早孕和中晚TOX-IgM阳性孕妇异常妊娠百分比显著高于对照组孕妇的百分比,在TOX感染引起的异常妊娠中,流产和晚期流产居首位,其次是胎死宫内,胎儿宫内发育迟缓排第3位,胎儿神经系统畸形排第4位,早产最低。[结论]TOX感染可导致异常妊娠结局的发生,医疗保健机构要加强TOX防治知识的宣教,培养育龄期妇女良好生活和饮食习惯,针对孕妇感染特点,加强孕期各阶段的监测和防治工作,减少不良妊娠结局的发生,提高出生人口素质。
[Objective] To find out the prevalence of TOX infection and TOX-IgM positive pregnant women in pregnant women in Wuhan and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of TOX infection in pregnant women. [Method] Serum 1ml of serum was taken from the pregnant women and TOX-IgM and TOX-IgG were detected by ELISA. [Results] The positive rate of TOX-IgM in pregnant women was 5.50%. The percentage of abnormal pregnancy in TOX-IgM-positive pregnant women in early pregnancy and mid-late pregnancy was significantly higher than that in pregnant women. Abortion and late miscarriage ranked first in the abnormal pregnancy caused by TOX infection , Followed by fetal death in the uterus, intrauterine growth retardation ranked No. 3, fetal neurological abnormalities ranked No. 4, the lowest premature birth. [Conclusion] TOX infection can lead to the occurrence of abnormal pregnancy outcomes. Health care institutions should step up education on TOX prevention and control knowledge and cultivate healthy life and eating habits of women of childbearing age. In view of the characteristics of pregnant women infection, the monitoring and prevention and treatment of various stages of pregnancy should be strengthened, Adverse pregnancy outcome, improve the quality of the birth population.
