我厂很多机床在修理过程中需要更换摩擦片,其规格很多(0.5~3公厘厚,φ50~200)。热处理后要求跷曲变形小于0.02公厘。采用普通方法淬火时,变形大到1公厘以上。后用简单的两个平模(上有小孔多个)加压淬火,跷曲变形虽有减小,但仍不合要求,且要5人操作,消耗人力很大。最后改进成为现在的摩擦片淬火机既能保质又降低了
Many machines in our factory need to replace the friction plates during the repair process, and their specifications are many (0.5 ~ 3cm thick, φ50 ~ 200).
