一台KRZKZG-08-01全自动抗热震性试验机,在使用中多次出现夹砖器不能停在出水后的正常位置上,总是存在滞后,造成加热炉门不正常开启导致热量散失使炉温快速下降,当滞后严重时夹砖器甚至在出水后根本不停止,带着滴水的砖直接进入高温下的炉膛内,这严重影响电炉内衬及发热元件的寿命,也易造成设备事故。经过检查,最后确定是JZ系列中间继电器存在延迟释放问题,原因是它内部E形铁芯表面存在油污造成吸合后粘连,在线圈断电后不能马上分离而引起触点延时释放。在对铁芯表面油污进行清理后,消除了延迟现象,使该设备工作恢复正常。
