科技进步对建立和发展我国的市场经济的重大作用主要表现在如下四个方面。 1.充分发挥市场经济的作用。根据市场经济的根本特征,要建立和发展我国的市场经济,就必须充分发挥市场经济在资源配置中的基础性作用。而要充分发挥市场经济这种基础性的作用,就必须在深化改革的同时依靠科技进步。 (1)依靠科技进步才能搞清楚到底有哪些种类的资源、有多少数量的资源、有多高质量的资源可能参与资源的配置,从而为市场经济充分发挥其基础性作用提供必要的前提条件。
The major role of scientific and technological progress in establishing and developing China’s market economy is mainly manifested in the following four aspects. 1. Give full play to the role of market economy. According to the fundamental characteristics of market economy, if we want to establish and develop our country’s market economy, we must give full play to the fundamental role of market economy in the allocation of resources. In order to give full play to the fundamental role of the market economy, we must rely on scientific and technological progress while deepening the reform. (1) Only by relying on scientific and technological progress can we find out exactly what kind of resources, how many amounts of resources, and how many high-quality resources may participate in the allocation of resources so as to provide the necessary prerequisites for the market economy to give full play to its fundamental role.
