稀土球铁610型钢锭模在空冷条件下,使用寿命为灰铸铁模的4倍多,平均寿命达235次,模耗降至5．09公斤/吨。在空冷条件下,中小型稀土球铁模比蠕铁模的使用寿命更长。使用条件对稀土球铁模使用寿命有很大影响。
In the air-cooled condition, the service life of rare-earth ductile iron 610-type ingot mold is more than 4 times that of gray cast iron mold, with an average life time of 235 times and its die consumption reduced to 5.09 kg / ton. In the air-cooled conditions, the small and medium-sized rare earth ductile iron mold longer than the service life. Terms of use of rare earth ball iron mold life has a great impact.
