文化,是精神文明的导向和保证。群众文化活动能够满足广大人民群众的精神文化需求,也能够促进人民群众物质需求的满足,是国家公益性社会文化活动的重要组成部分。随着人们经济生活水平的提高,更多的人民群众开始追求精神文化生活水平的提高。本文通过分析文化辅导工作对群众文化繁荣的意义和作用,提出繁荣群众文化的对策和建议。
Culture is the guide and guarantee of spiritual civilization. The mass cultural activities can meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the broad masses of the people as well as satisfy the material needs of the masses and are an important part of the state’s non-profit social and cultural activities. With the improvement of people’s living standards, more and more people began to pursue the improvement of spiritual and cultural life. By analyzing the significance and function of cultural guidance to the prosperity of mass culture, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the prosperity of mass culture.
