近年来,临沂市委、市政府坚持把乡镇机构改革与全市经济社会发展紧密结合起来,围绕转变职能、理顺体制,提高“三农”服务水平这一目标,统筹兼顾,周密部署,积极创新,试点先行,规范统一,顺利完成了乡镇机构改革任务。其中,临沭县作为配合农村税费改革和农村综合改革的乡镇机构改革试点县,在2010年召开的全省乡镇机构改革会议上作了典型发言。
