当前,工艺美术审美发展无法适应时代特征,它必须找出符合时代特质的审美诉求,以多层次、多维度的审美形态特征与“大美术”“大数据”“大工业”这些时代特征不谋而合。因此,秉持传统工艺美术美学精髓,大胆找寻和探索新时代下的审美价值,不仅是对传统工艺美术的有效传承和发展,也是时代赋予工艺美术从业者的历史责任。本文将从当下工艺美术的处境入手,对工艺美术的审美特征进行分析。
