辽宁栽培的8个白菜品种在收获后经过晒菜、摘菜、预藏,在棚窖中贮藏5个月以后,品种间在收获后入窖前的损耗相差5.6%,入窖后经过154天贮藏,最后计算贮藏总损耗,八个品种间最高与最低损耗相差12%。各品种入窖前后损耗率也不一致。各品种在贮藏期主要化学成分也有不同的变化。各品种形狀、叶片颜色、贮藏后的风味,和主要化学成分含量,与收获后王贮藏结束对的总损耗无明显的相关性。
