目的:比较银杏内酯和银杏叶胶囊对大鼠脑缺血及血流变学的影响。方法:采用颈总动脉结扎,建立急性不完全性脑缺血模型,观察银杏内酯和银杏叶胶囊对大鼠脑指数、脑含水量和脑组织病理学变化;连续7 d给予银杏内酯及银杏叶胶囊,观察对于大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果:银杏叶胶囊高剂量对大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血引起脑水肿有改善作用;银杏内酯高、中剂量和银杏叶胶囊高剂量均对脑缺血引起的脑组织形态学有一定的改善作用;银杏内酯和银杏叶胶囊各剂量组与模型组比较血粘度均明显降低。结论:对于改善大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血引起的脑水肿,银杏叶胶囊的作用优于银杏内酯;对于改善血液流变学指标方面,银杏叶胶囊和银杏内酯作用相近。
Objective: To compare the effects of Ginkgolide and Ginkgo biloba capsules on cerebral ischemia and hemorheology in rats. Methods: The model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was established by ligation of the common carotid artery. The changes of brain index, brain water content and pathological changes of brain in rats were observed with Ginkgolide and Ginkgo biloba capsules. Ginkgolide and Ginkgo biloba capsule, the observation of the impact on the rat hemorheology. Results: High dose of Ginkgo biloba capsule could improve brain edema induced by acute incomplete cerebral ischemia in rats. High and medium doses of Ginkgolides capsule and high dose of Ginkgo biloba capsule all had certain effects on cerebral histomorphology induced by cerebral ischemia ; Ginkgolide and Ginkgo biloba capsules in each dose group compared with the model group were significantly lower blood viscosity. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba capsule is better than ginkgolide for improving brain edema caused by acute incomplete cerebral ischemia in rats. Ginkgo biloba capsule and ginkgolide have similar effects on improving hemorheology.
