我厂产品中有一关键零件(图1),要求检测尺寸精度较高,在大批量生产中检测困难,效率低,从而影响产品质量和生产进度。为此笔者设计了一种简易实用的内高测量仪,经过使用,效果甚佳,受到生产、检验人员的认可。测量仪的结构如图2中所示;定位轴3穿入平板6内,孔轴为间隙配合φ6(H9/f6),在支撑板10φ8F8孔内装上百分表。装配时,为保证定位轴3与百分表同轴,要求定位轴3与平板6上平面垂直,百分表用螺钉7固定。为保证测量精度,定位轴3的锥度应略小于零件的锥度。
I plant a key part of the product (Figure 1), requiring the detection of high dimensional accuracy, detection in mass production difficulties, low efficiency, thus affecting product quality and production progress. To this end, I designed a simple and practical high gauge, after use, the effect is very good, by the production, inspection staff approval. Measuring instrument structure shown in Figure 2; positioning shaft 3 penetrates the flat plate 6, the hole axis for the gap with φ6 (H9 / f6), the support plate 10φ8F8 hole mounted dial indicator. Assembly, in order to ensure that the positioning shaft 3 and dial indicator coaxial, requiring positioning shaft 3 and the plane perpendicular to the plane 6, dial indicator screw 7 fixed. To ensure measurement accuracy, the taper of the positioning shaft 3 should be slightly smaller than the taper of the part.
