利用自制锚杆拉拔仪,针对锚杆扩体段直径(D)和长度(L)两个变化因素,对4组模型扩体锚杆进行抗拔试验发现,Q-s循环张拉曲线分为线性增强、强化、衰退3个阶段,扩体段直径的大小对扩体锚杆极限承载力影响很大,而扩体段的长度长短对扩体锚杆极限承载力影响相对较小。试验结果表明,扩体锚杆存在尺寸效应,在工程实践中,对扩体段的直径和长度进行优化设计,有助于提高扩体锚杆的技术优势和经济效益。
According to the two factors of diameter (D) and length (L) of the expanded section of anchor rod, pullout tests were conducted on the four groups of model expanded anchor rods. The tensile curves of Qs cycle were divided into linear Strengthen, decline three stages, the expansion of the diameter of the segment size of the ultimate bearing capacity of expanded anchors greatly affected, and the length of the expansion of the length of the expansion bearing capacity of the anchor relatively small impact. The experimental results show that the size effect of the expanded anchor exists in engineering practice, and the optimal design of the diameter and length of the expanded segment is helpful to improve the technical advantages and economic benefits of the extended anchor.
