由于农业合作化运动的伟大胜利,农民的生产积极性空前高涨,农业增产指标大大提高,需要投入的生产资金也大大增加。为了解决这种资金需要,中央已拨来我省农贷资金8,011万元,比1955年增加71%。这是国家在财政上支援农民走社会主义道路的一项重大措施。现在春耕生产季节已到,积极组织农贷的发放工作,以充分支持农业合作化运动的进一步发展,促进农业生产的高潮,这是当前一项十分重大的政治任务和经济任务。为此,本会特作如下指示: Thanks to the great triumph of the agricultural cooperative movement, peasants’ enthusiasm for production hit an all-time high, the index of agricultural production increased greatly, and the production funds that needed to be invested also greatly increased.
