以低碳钢为实验原料,采用不同卷取温度和冷轧压下率进行工业实验,研究了卷取温度和冷轧压下率对深冲板组织和性能的影响。结果表明,卷取温度为570℃和600℃时,深冲板的组织为饼形晶粒;卷取温度为660℃和680℃时,深冲板的组织为等轴晶粒;卷取温度为600℃时,深冲板的综合性能最佳。压下率在75%时深冲板的综合性能最佳,此时rm为1.83,Δr为0.56。
Taking low carbon steel as raw material, the industrial experiments were carried out with different coiling temperature and cold rolling reduction rate. The effects of coiling temperature and cold rolling reduction on the microstructure and properties of deep drawing board were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the deep drawing plate is pie-shaped grains at the coiling temperature of 570 ℃ and 600 ℃, and the microstructure of the deep drawing plate is the equiaxed grains at the coiling temperature of 660 ℃ and 680 ℃. The coiling temperature When 600 ℃, the comprehensive performance of deep drawing board is the best. When the reduction rate is 75%, the comprehensive performance of deep drawing plate is the best, rm is 1.83 and Δr is 0.56.
