批评和赞扬都是人类交流沟通的重要方法。批评效用最大化,是指达到批评目的,发挥批评功能,促使事物朝正向发展。在现实中,往往存在这样一种现象:敢于提批评意见的人,因为得罪领导、同事而被孤立;善于“吹喇叭”、“抬轿子”的人,却能得到领导的赏识和同事的支持。就好比举报腐败的人遭受打击,腐败者却能逍遥法外一样。因此,发挥批评效用最大化的一个基本的理论前提是批评者和被批评者都具有较高的党性修养,出发
Criticism and praise are all important ways for human communication. Maximizing the effectiveness of criticism refers to reaching the purpose of criticism, giving full play to the criticism function and promoting the positive development of things. In reality, there is often such a phenomenon: those who dare to criticize their opinions are isolated because they offend their leaders and their colleagues; those who are good at “trumpeting their trumpets” and “lifting their seiners” can gain the appreciation of their leaders and their colleagues support.
