人们平常烧开水存在三种误区:1.水刚一烧开,马上关火;2.水烧开后,又让它沸腾了好久才关火;3.水一烧开,让它沸腾1~3分钟后再关火。专家认为以上三种方法都不正确。科学的方法应该是:水烧开后,应马上把盏揭开,再让它烧l~2分钟。理由是:把水烧开是为了杀菌,而揭开盖子则是为了让一些致癌物质以气态的形式挥发出去。
