通过改变固化剂的加入量,研究了固化剂对磷酸盐自硬砂性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着氧化镁固化剂加入量的增加,型砂可使用时间不断减少,脱模时间不断缩短,随着放置时间的延长,试样的强度逐渐建立,无论固化剂加入量多少,型砂都具有很小的残留强度和发气量。
