当前学校德育之困问题有三:一是概念不清,二是方法不明,三是成效不佳。导致这三种困境的根源,一方面在于我们学习不够、研究不深,当然,还存在施教者的思想统一即态度问题,更存在执行力即德育工作者的管理能力问题。另一方面,人是环境的产物,当下家庭成员、社会大众的价值取向和学校德育价值取向不一致,这些外来因素都成为学校德育之大困。在校园,德育不是一个概念,更不是一个名词,它是一项教育活动,需要具备内容、方法、过程和结果等要
There are three current problems of school moral education: First, the concept is unclear; second, the method is unclear; third, the result is poor. The root causes of these three kinds of dilemmas lie in the fact that on the one hand, we have not learned enough and the research is not deep. Of course, there is still the problem of the ideological unification of the teaching staff or the management ability of the moral educator. On the other hand, people are the product of the environment. Nowadays, the values of family members and the general public are not in line with the values of moral education in schools. These external factors have become the major obstacle to moral education in schools. On campus, moral education is not a concept, nor is it a noun. It is an educational activity that requires content, methods, processes, and results.
