我军政治工作的作战功能,是在革命战争年代和新中国60年来的漫长历史进程中不断孕育和发展的。“瓦解敌军”的创造性运用是政治工作“作战功能”产生的实践基础,信息化战争是政治工作“作战功能”产生最为直接的牵引和动力,思想文化阵地的激烈对抗是政治工作“作战功能”产生的现实要求。新形势下发挥我军政治工作作战功能重在聚焦“认知域”对抗,以信息技术为依托,加强专业化建设。
The combat function of our military’s political work has been continuously nurtured and developed during the long historical process in the revolutionary war era and in the 60 years since the founding of New China.
