为提高煤矿充填开采效率和保障高瓦斯矿井安全生产,提出通过在工作面上方稳定岩层内沿工作面走向方向开掘煤矿专用巷的巷道布置方案。介绍了煤矿专用巷的典型布置形式,并对专用巷内综放充填开采和瓦斯抽采的原理进行了探讨。研究了专用巷内充填与瓦斯抽采的时空关系,并分析了应用专用巷技术的效益情况。研究表明,应用专用巷技术可以实现高瓦斯矿井采空区充填、瓦斯抽采、综放开采的平行作业,能够显著提高现有的煤矿充填效率并解放“三下”压煤。
In order to improve the filling efficiency of coal mines and ensure the safe production in high-gas mines, a plan of digging the roadway for digging coal-specific roadways along the direction of the working face in the stable rock above the working face is proposed. The typical layout of coal lane is introduced, and the principle of fully mechanized top coal caving mining and gas drainage in special lane is discussed. The space-time relationship between special lane filling and gas drainage is studied, and the benefit of using lane-specific laneway technology is analyzed. The research shows that the application of special alley technology can realize the parallel operation of goaf filling, gas drainage and fully mechanized caving mining in high gas mines, which can significantly increase the filling efficiency of the existing coal mines and liberate the “three times” coal pressing.
