骨髓基质细胞是造血微环境的重要组成部分,除对造血细胞有物(?)持作用外,还分泌多种影响造血细胞生长的因。笔者从胎儿骨髓中分离出一株纤维母细胞系,并进行亚克隆。将其条件培养液进行部分纯化,观察纯化的活性物质对小鼠造血细胞增殖分化的影响。 材料与方法 一、HFCL-1条件培养液的制备:HFCL-1细胞来自胎儿骨髓。其克隆亚系HFCL-1细胞在含5%小牛血清的IMDM培养液中滚动培养,每72小时收集条件培养液1次,备生化分离。
Bone marrow stromal cells are an important part of the hematopoietic microenvironment, in addition to the role of the hematopoietic cells (?) The clone subfamily HFCL-1 cells were scrolled in IMDM medium containing 5% fetal bovine serum and the conditioned medium was collected once every 72 hours for biochemical isolation.
