我们采用猪膀胱(俗称猪小肚、猪脬)治疗遗尿患者七例,其中遗尿五例均系男性,年龄为六至十五岁;夜尿多二例均为女性,年龄为三十六和五十六岁。治疗方法:取新鲜猪膀胱一个,用清水漂洗后再用食盐擦洗干净,加水炖熟稍加酱油等调味,切碎和汤汁一并服下。或加桑螵蛸、益智仁各五钱至一两炖服亦可,每天或每周炖服一次。治疗结果:七例全部治愈。其中服三次而愈者三例,五次者一例,七次者三例(一例服四个而愈,半年后复发又服三个,迄今半年未再发)。以上七例均追访半年余未见复发,疗效尚称满意。病案举例; 一、晏××,男,十二岁。自幼就患遗尿,几乎每夜发生,有时一夜遗溺二次以上,历时八年之久, We used porcine bladder (commonly known as porcine small belly and swine fever) to treat 7 cases of enuresis patients, of which 5 cases were enuresis in males, aged from 6 to 15 years; nocturia were more than 2 females, aged 36 and 5 Sixteen years old.
