目的探讨柳氮磺胺吡啶 (SSZ)合并甲氨喋呤 (MTX)治疗强直性脊柱炎 (AS)疗效。方法将 68例患者随机分为单用 SSZ组和 MTX＋ SSZ组观察疗效。结果两组均能改善 AS关节功能，但 MTX＋ SSZ组达到缓解时间短 (P< 0.01);远期疗效好、且毒副作用未增加。结论 MTX＋ SSZ联合是一种治疗 AS较理想方案。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of sulfasalazine (SSZ) and methotrexate (MTX) on ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into single use SSZ group and MTX + SSZ group to observe the curative effect. Results Both groups could improve AS joint function, but MTX + SSZ group had shorter remission time (P <0.01), long-term curative effect and no side effects. Conclusion MTX combined with SSZ is an ideal treatment for AS.
