采用计算机数据处理和自制冷冻车床加工角膜组织镜片，为１２例７～１４岁的单眼外伤性白内障患儿行表面角膜镜片术。经８～３２个月随访，平均屈光度增加１１．２１Ｄ；８例裸眼视力达４．２～４．４，≥４．５者４例；矫正视力达４．７者３例，≥４．８者９例，均较术前提高。一次手术成功率为９１．６７％（１１／１２），术后散光度平均增加２．５Ｄ。 Using computer data processing and self-made frozen lathe corneal tissue lens processing, 12 cases of 7-14-year-old children with monocular traumatic cataract surface corneal lens surgery. After 8 to 32 months of follow-up, the average refraction increased 11.21D; 8 cases of uncorrected visual acuity of 4.2 to 4.4, ≥4 in 4 cases; corrected visual acuity of 4.7 in 3 cases, ≥ 4.8 9 cases were higher than preoperative. The success rate of one operation was 91.67% (11/12), and the average postoperative astigmatism increased by 2.5D.
