人类社会特有的文化模式,其精华部分是可以超越时、空的局限而发挥其 长期效应的;进而对建国以来的文化建设,分别从高度集中的计划经济体制时期和由高度集中的计划经济体制到社会主义市场经济体制的转换时期,作了简要的回顾与反思,指出了应从中吸取的历史教训以及文化资源,作为一种软性资源,从人的内心世界对人们行为的自律作用,有助于消除经济转型期由于文化建设滞后而在社会上产生的种种消极甚至丑恶现象;最后,以儒家思想的精华为主体,着重从6个方面从现代意义上阐述了其继承和发扬对于我们今天健康、有序地发展社会主义市场经济仍具有重要的现实指导意义。
The cultural model peculiar to human society can exert its long-term effect by transcending the time and space limitations of its essence.
