所谓教学反思,是指教师通过反观自己的教学得失,总结经验,吸取教训,从而对自己的教学实践进行再认识和再思考。教师进行教学反思的过程,实际上就是借助行动研究,探讨与解决教学目的、教学工具和自身教学行为等方面的问题,从而提高教学效率、增强教学能力、促进自身专业化发展的过程。经常进行教学反思,可以帮助我们了解自己教学的不足和成功之处,把准教学目标、重点难点、关键点,瞄准突破口,提升教学质量。本文谈谈笔者自己的做法及体会。
The so-called teaching reflection, refers to the teacher by reviewing their own teaching gains and losses, summing up experience and lessons learned in order to re-recognize their own teaching practice and rethink. In fact, the process of teachers’ teaching reflections is to research, explore and solve problems in teaching objectives, teaching tools and self-teaching behaviors through action research so as to improve teaching efficiency, enhance teaching ability and promote their own professional development. Regular reflection on teaching can help us to understand the inadequacies and successes of our own teaching. We aim at the quasi-teaching objectives, key difficulties and key points and aim at the breakthrough to improve the quality of teaching. This article talk about my own practice and experience.
