一种以丙烯和醋酸为原料制备异丙醇和乙醇的方法,该方法首先将丙烯和醋酸在固体酸树脂催化剂的作用下,液相催化加成酯化合成醋酸异丙酯,所得的产物再在Cu基催化剂的作用下,高活性,高选择性和高稳定性转化为异丙醇和乙醇,分离后获得异丙醇和乙醇产品。液相催化加成酯化技术的优点在于可以大幅度降低丙烯低聚产物的生成,提高目的产物的选择性,同时大幅度提高酯化过程的催化剂稳定性。
